Christopher F. Heck, DMD is a second-generation dentist from Fairborn, OH, and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Temple University in Philadelphia. Both his parents were in the dental field; his father is a retired dentist and mother is a retired hygienist, both graduates of The Ohio State University. At Temple Dental Dr. Heck gained a solid clinical foundation working on the nation’s largest dental school patient population with a focus on the complex dental needs of the underserved and underinsured in North Philadelphia.
After graduation, Dr. Heck returned to Ohio, receiving a certificate from the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at University Hospital in Cincinnati. He provided high-quality, comprehensive general dental care to healthy and medically compromised patients, while receiving advanced training an all aspects of general dentistry. He has since completed advanced training and continuing education programs in implant restoration, IV and oral conscious sedation, root canal therapy, clear braces along with cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry. Dr. Heck is committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive, and comfortable dental care to his patients.
Dr. Heck was very involved in Dental School serving as Class President, followed by terms as Vice President and President of the student body. Currently, Dr. Heck is an active member of the Ohio Dental Association (ODA) and Cincinnati Dental Society (CDS). He has served as a Council Member, Treasurer, Vice President and President for the Cincinnati Dental Society as well as a board member for their Oral Health Foundation. Dr. Heck is a delegate to the ODA, has chaired the ODA Subcouncil on New Dentists and serves on the ODA Council for Dental Care Programs and Dental Practice.
